For the best results, steam our frozen soup dumplings for 8-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Do not defrost before cooking.

Does my food stay frozen during transit?

Yes, we ship all orders in insulated liners with dry ice to ensure your products arrive frozen and ready for the freezer.

Are your products nut-free?

While many of our recipes do not contain nuts, our products are processed in a facility that also handles peanuts and tree nuts.

How long can I store the dumplings in the freezer?

Our dumplings are best enjoyed within 3 months of purchase for optimal flavor and texture.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Currently, our traditional dumpling wrappers are made with wheat flour. We are actively working on expanding our menu to include gluten-free items soon.

What should I do if my dry ice has evaporated?

As long as the products are still 'refrigerator cold' to the touch, they are safe to consume or refreeze. If they are warm, please contact our support team immediately.
